We collect information you choose to provide in a project inquiry or conversation, including your name, email address, company, project description, budget range, timeline, and later correspondence.

We also receive limited technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, and understand the website, such as request metadata, page views, device or browser information, and error or performance events.

We use this information to evaluate and respond to inquiries, prepare or perform an engagement, maintain conversation records, secure and troubleshoot the website, understand aggregate website use, and meet applicable legal obligations. Depending on the context, processing may be based on your request or consent, steps before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, or a legal obligation.

We do not sell personal information. We use providers for hosting and analytics, database infrastructure, and transactional email. These currently include Vercel, Supabase, and Brevo. If you choose an external scheduling link, Cal.com processes the information you submit there under its own notice. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when needed to protect users, the service, or legal rights.

ZamDev AI works globally and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Privacy protections and government-access rules can differ by location. Provider terms govern those transfers; contact us if you need information about arrangements relevant to a specific engagement.

Inquiry and project records are retained while we evaluate or perform the requested work and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up, security, dispute, accounting, or legal purposes. Retention depends on the relationship and record type. You can ask for deletion; some records may need to be retained where law or an active contractual or security need requires it.

The public website uses limited operational state and Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate use and performance. The private CRM uses a secure authentication cookie for signed-in administration. Browser controls can restrict cookies, although doing so may prevent authenticated features from working.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy of your personal information, and may withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. You may also have the right to complain to a local data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

We use access controls, server-side secret handling, encrypted transport, database authorization, dependency review, and operational logging intended to reduce risk. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passwords, private keys, health records, payment-card data, or other unnecessary sensitive information through the public inquiry form.
